Lilli explains the necessary posture for heels dance and gives you an idea of what to expect as a heels beginner. She will teach a series of fundamental steps for any first-time heels dancer, from how to bevel, to walking in heels and even adding some isolations, build a strong foundation with these crucial elements of heels technique.
The workshop is suitable for all levels, enhances versatility and offers something for everyone, whether you're a beginner or looking to review fundamentals. No boundaries exist for who can practice and dance in heels, so why limit yourself?
