We believe to be a successful dancer you must combine technique with passion, dedication, and desire. It is our job to give each of our students the confidence to believe in themselves, explore the art of dance, and develop lifelong healthy habits in a supportive environment.

The Studio
Adrenaline hosts three large dance studios that feature sprung floors, state of the art sound systems and for the parents....video monitoring! Next to the parents waiting room is a spacious dancers lounge so our dancers can hang with their friends before and after their dance class.
Our Instructors
Adrenaline scoured the country to find diverse, experienced and professionally trained dance instructors that love working with students of all ages and abilities. Our dance instructors plan programs to meet students' needs and aspirations. You will be kept up to date on their progress through your own Parent Portal!

Adrenaline Dance of York is a unique dance studio designed for all ages, levels and styles. Once you join Adrenaline, you become a member of our family. We provide personalized and comprehensive training for the competitive, professional and recreational dancer.
Our studio offers three large studio's with professional sprung floors, one with a specialized hardwood which provides a very unique sound for tap. Sprung flooring is very important when dancing as dancers can get hurt easily. All studios have a 2,000 watt state of the art sound system with amazing bass that our Hip Hop classes love and all have monitoring cameras so parents can view the class on large screen monitors in the waiting room while not disrupting the students. We also have the capability to create video files and our custom edited music is available in the Parent Portal so the students can use them for training at home.
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality dance instruction in central PA while focusing on a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere. Adrenaline has award winning, experienced instructors for the following genres of dance: Hip Hop, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Acro, Creative Movement, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and Strength and Conditioning. There is something for everyone! We also have an award winning competition team called Adrenaline Rush!
