Director - Adrenaline RUSH Competition Dance Team
Alice has been dancing since the age of four. She grew up in York, PA training under Priscilla Hoffman. With Priscilla, Alice not only trained in dance but also on the administrative side of running a dance team and studio. When Alice relocated to Philadelphia for five years, she continued her dance training by dancing, choreographing, and leading InMotion Dance Team at Temple University. She also taught at Ovations Academy of Dance and Diane Matthews School of Dance Arts. She graduated from Temple University in December 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Education.
Alice continues to take dance classes in New York and LA, along with attending various workshops and conventions. She is certified by Dance Teacher Magazine from the 14th, 15th, and 16th Annual Teachers Workshop! Most recently Alice recently received certifications in Flexistretch and Acrobatic Arts! Alice has also had great success with the competition team at Adrenaline. Since starting the team five years ago Alice, her coaches, and her dancers have won countless awards, most notably Turn It Up’s 2018 Routine of the Year and their only Choreography Award at their 2018 Lancaster Competition. She has also had six dances receive Golden Tickets to the World Dance Championship. Alice has been teaching dance for over fifteen years in York and Philadelphia and has now moved back to York to teach weekly classes at Adrenaline and direct the Adrenaline Rush Competition Team.


Amanda Stratton
Ballet & Tap
Amanda Stratton, originally from Western PA, started dancing at the age of seven with a focus in ballet. After training with various dance studios as a child, Amanda found her home with Pazaz Christian Dance Academy (PCDA) where she broadened her training to not only ballet and pointe, but also contemporary, modern, jazz, and tap. She continued dancing with PCDA until moving to the York area in 2020. During her high school and post high school years, in addition to her training with PCDA, Amanda took every opportunity she could to participate in community classes, summer intensives, and performances with various places in Pittsburgh, such as The Dance Conservatory of Pittsburgh, Millennium Dance Complex, Attack Theatre, Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, and Point Park University (PPU). After graduating from high school, she also participated in PPU’s Pre-Professional Dance Program. She also participated in workshops with Project Dance New York and Project Dance Pittsburgh. In 2020, Amanda received the opportunity to join Diffusion Dance Company, a professional contemporary company out of York County, where she continues to dance now.
Olivia Markey
Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Pointe, Leaps and Turns, Technique
Olivia has been a dancer since she was 9 years old and became a dance instructor at 14 years old. She has trained in Jazz, Tap, Hip-hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Pointe, Leaps and Turns, and Technique. As soon as she started dancing, she couldn’t stop and took every opportunity to dance and perform. Olivia performed at DisneyWorld, on a cruise, many dance recitals, has been a featured dancer in 3 High School Musicals, was on 4 different dance teams (1 being a hip-hop competition team), has been in a line dancing music video, was President of a dance organization for 2 years in college, and was the Lead Instructor/Company Director at a studio in Vegas.
Olivia absolutely loves teaching dance and spreading her knowledge and passion to younger dancers. She loves seeing them grow as individuals and artists throughout the years and is always proud of their accomplishments in everyday life and in their dance lives. Olivia is beyond happy to be able to share something she loves with her students and fellow instructors.


Sarah Linthicum
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acro, Hip Hop, Contemporary & Adult Classes
Coach: Adrenaline RUSH Competition Dance Team
Sarah started dance at the age of two. Dance is her passion and she dedicates all her time to perfecting her craft. She has taken classes at a variety of dance schools in MD, PA and NY. Specific to New York, she trained at 'Broadway Dance Center', 'Steps on Broadway', and 'The Rockettes @ Radio City Music Hall'. She was a member of Dallastown High's Dance Team for four years. She has competed with her hip-hop teammates at the World Dance Championship, spent many years competing on Adrenaline's competition team, and was captain of the team for her final two years. Sarah recently completed training in the professional dance program at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She currently still works with and assists her mentor from NYC, Lane Napper. She is now finishing her college education at Coastal Carolina and is a proud member of their dance team. They perform for CCU's NCAA Division 1 sports teams.
Along with dance, Sarah has performed as a featured dancer in several musicals. Some include 'Anything Goes', 'White Christmas', 'The Drowsy Chaperone', 'School of Rock', 'Jekyll & Hyde' and 'Mary Poppins'. Most recently she played Lou Ann in the production of 'Hairspray'. She was the assistant choreographer for multiple musicals at Dallastown Middle School. In 2015, she performed in Viktor Yeliohin's 'The Nutcracker'. She has danced in every parade since starting with Adrenaline. Sarah makes it her mission in every class she teaches to make sure that the kids are smiling, having fun, and leaving them wanting to come back for more. She believes it is important for the kids to find a reason to why they dance and learn to truly enjoy the process of growing and getting better. Sarah loves to end every class she teaches with circle time to give each student an opportunity to think back on the class and share what they enjoyed or something that they thought they did well.
Lilliana Koicuba
Acro, Contemporary & Hip Hop
Coach: Adrenaline RUSH Competition Dance Team
Dance is Lilliana's biggest passion in life. She has been dancing since the age of 5. She has training in many styles of dance, but has mainly focused on hip hop and contemporary. Lilliana started at Adrenaline her senior year of high school. She was on the hip hop and contemporary team. While she was only on team for that year she stayed involved in the studio and is now a teacher and competition coach. When Lilliana graduated high school she continued to train and take class to further her skills as a dancer. She has danced at many conventions such as Monsters of Hip Hop, Excel in Motion, Artist Simply Human, Buildabeast, and Turn It Up. She has recieved scholarships from two of these conventions. Lilliana also travels to the New York and New Jersey area to take class from artist such as Jojo Gomez, Dana Alexa, Kaycee Rice, Sean Lew, and more. Lilliana loves to dance for the camera and is constantly learning from choreographers or creating her own choreography to produce videos to share with her social media. Lilliana is so excited to be apart of the Adrenaline family again. She hopes to share the love of dance and the impact it can have on someone's life with all her students.


Michelle Willett
Acro, Tumbling, Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training
Michelle has coached gymnastics for 19 years at Gymnastics of York. Along with coaching preschool and girls classes, she has been a senior team coach for both the USAG and USAIGC competition teams. She has taken the teams to local competitions as well as States and Worlds in Florida and California. Michelle is also a Personal Trainer certified through NASM with a Sports Performance credit and working on her continuing education credit for corrective exercise. She does one-on-one personal training, group training and Bootcamp classes. Michelle also works with the S3 program at Anytime Fitness, which is a student athlete program that focuses on sports conditioning.
Maddie Swartz
Beginner Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Beginner Combo
Maddie Swartz started dancing at the age of 6 and has been dancing for 18 years since. Prior to Adrenaline, she has taught at Light of Life Performing Arts, and York Dance Arts. Her background of dance styles include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Point, Modern, Lyrical, Hip-hop, and Swing. Maddie has worked with guest teacher’s from Russia, Korea, and China and has danced in New York’s Time square. In addition to Dance, Maddie has also taught as a Kindergarten teacher’s assistant for 3 years and has modeled for Curtain Call for several years.

Bethany VanSickle
Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary
Coach: Adrenaline RUSH Competition Dance Team
Bethany started dance when she was 2 years old and hasn't stopped since! As a New Jersey native, she spent much of her upbringing training with Manhattan instructors, until she moved to Pennsylvania for college. Her training includes ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, pointe, hip hop and modern, but with a specialty in contemporary. A recent college graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Messiah College, and has spent time training at the Koresh School of Dance in Philadelphia, as well as in New York City at the Rockette Summer Intensive, Broadway Dance Center and the Juilliard School for the NYCDA Winter Intensive. She has experience teaching dance to students of all ages and levels (in many styles!) and loves the opportunity to share her passion with every student!
Krista Fishel
Hip Hop
Coach: Adrenaline RUSH Competition Dance Team
Krista has been dancing for 11 years and has spent most of that time at Adrenaline Dance of York. She has been a member of the Adrenaline RUSH competition dance team for four years, and through this she has been able to take classes across Pennsylvania and New York. She has been able to take classes from world-renowned choreographers such as Matt Steffanina, Fefe Burgos, Lane Napper, and many others. She has competed at many regional and national competitions, along with receiving an invitation and competing at the World Dance Championships with the Adrenaline RUSH Hip Hop team. From these competitions, she has won multiple awards including a plethora of platinum medals, judges awards, entertainment awards and more. After high school, Krista hopes to continue to inspire kids through dance.
