BIO:
Courtney started dancing at MgM Dance Studio in Shrewsbury, PA at the age of 3. Her training consists of styles such as: ballet, tap, jazz, modern, pointe, hip-hop, and was a member of their competition dance team for 10 years. Courtney has trained in master classes of many influential teachers, one being Anthony LoCascio. She also attended the Big Apple Tap Festival in New York City.
Courtney graduated college from Stevenson University in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education. During her time at Stevenson, she performed Pom and Jazz with the marching band dance line. She was the dance captain of the school’s competition dance team that competed hip-hop at the well-known NDA Nationals in Daytona Beach each year. She helped to lead her team to the victory of receiving 2nd place during her junior year!
After graduating, Courtney returned to MgM to teach hip-hop, tap, and creative movement classes. She continued her dance education through a mentorship program through Taplife Company run by Anthony LoCascio where she took weekly classes and attended meetings to hone her craft. Courtney stayed up to date with her dancing by performing in Charm City Ballet’s Spring productions, as well as, auditioning for the Radio City Rockettes and the Washington Commanders dance team. Courtney recently graduated from Towson University where she received her masters in Math Education. She continues her dance training through various classes and performance opportunities!
Courtney love’s sharing her passion for dance with her dancers. She enjoys seeing students gain new skills and master their technique while having fun and releasing emotions! She is very excited to join the Adrenaline team!
